1. Earnest Money
We are working with title right now to coordinate no wire for pick up of earnest money. 
I show on the contract that your earnest money is for [$x,xxx] and to be made out to [Title]

2. Inspection
If we haven't scheduled your home inspection yet, I'll be in touch shortly to find the perfect time.

3. Appraisal
If you're getting a loan, you will be contacted by your lender to order and pay for your appraisal.

4. Signing closing disclosures
This is the fun part where you sign ton of documents, and finalize payment on your investment. 

5. Final walk-through
This is our last viewing of the home to make sure it looks the same as when you first saw it.

6. Keys & Celebration
The moment we've all been waiting for—when the keys are finally in your hands, and the real fun begins. Welcome to your new home!
